Is There A Budget Sleep Consultant or Parent Coaching Session?

I recently did hours and hours of research into what sleep consultants cost and what you get for your money. It was quite enlightening. Bearing in mind, when I started doing this work 15 years ago, there were only a dozen or so people offering this service in the UK and now there is probably at least one sleep consultant in every small town in the country, and you can complete the most basic training, and become a "certified sleep consultant" in as little as a week, what's on offer is pretty varied.

What I found was that there are cheaper options, but these tend to be online courses and guides. These are brilliant options if you're emotionally capable of working through them on your own. This isn't always the case if you're feeling broken by your little one's sleeping or testing behaviour.

For this reason, I have added some new options to my packages so that I can still help you if you've been hit by the current cost of living surges.

All the options below are suitable for all sleep, behaviour, feeding, eating, toilet training issues. If you go for a longer session you will have the opportunity to be guided through exactly how to implement the changes so that you know you are doing them correctly and so that they can be tweaked to perfectly suit you and your little one.

Whichever option you choose, you will be sent a questionnaire and diary sheets to fill out and send back before the session. The information will be analysed and used as a starting point for our discussions that will lead to us creating your plan. This is something I have always done as it gives me an idea of your parenting style, your current routine (or free-flowing days), any known medical issues that could affect how your baby feels physically and emotionally, and a whole lot more!

The most obvious difference is how much time we will have to discuss the problem and how in depth we can go into creating your plan. The biggest difference is putting it into practice under supervision, which can be really helpful, but isn't essential as you will be sent in depth notes, whichever option you go for.
