Terms & Conditions

We offer 3, 4 and 5 hour consultations in the comfort of your home if you are within 100 miles of Reading, Henley-on-Thames or Guildford.

We offer 1-3 hour online consultations for the rest of the world.

The length of your session will depend on the age of your child, what you need help with and your emotional needs.


We offer longer sessions for mothers with PND or anxiety


Fees for consultations are payable by bank transfer or credit/debit card.

Your booking is not secure until the consultation fee has been paid in full.

Travel charges apply to bookings 10 miles away from your consultant.

Consultants live in Reading and West Horsley. We always try to find the consultant who is closest to you, however we may send you a consultant from further away if a closer one is not available, or if we feel a particular consultant is more suited to your specific needs.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the need to usually schedule consultations at least 4-7 days in advance, cancelled session times cannot always be filled and other clients may have been turned down, so our refund policy is as follows:

  • More than 14 days notice: 90% refund

  • 8-14 days notice: 75% refund

  • 3-7 days notice: 50% refund

  • 48 hours or less notice: 0% refund


Your Consultation

Any action taken by the consultant during a home consultation is undertaken with your express or implied consent.  If you do not consent to or agree with any action proposed by the consultant, or if you feel uncomfortable with any recommendation, please inform the consultant immediately and ask her not to take that action.


The effectiveness of the plan made by the consultant depends upon you, the client, consistently following through both during and after our work together. The consultant will provide a supporting role in you implementing the plan. You accept full responsibility and accountability for the actions that you do or do not take, the results achieved and any consequences that follow.


Information provided by the consultant is provided for general information only, and should not be treated as a substitute for the medical advice of your own doctor or any other health care professional. Always consult your own GP if you are in any way concerned about your own health or that of your child.

Support - This is essential to the success of your plan!

Follow-up support is provided for the term stated in your invoice. This support is complementary, and cannot be refunded if the full amount is not used. The amount of time offered is usually enough to resolve most issues, but more can be added for an additional charge if needed.

Support is available between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and on occasion by prior arrangement during evenings and weekends.

It is your responsibility to contact the consultant directly via phone, text and email, with regular updates. We recommend that you speak with your consultant every 1-2 days for the first week following your consultation, every 2-3 days for the second week and then once or twice a week until the end of your support period if you need to. However, you are free to contact them as much  as you need to.

It is your responsibility to be open and honest with the consultant during and following your consultation so that she can provide you with the level of support you require.
