You don’t realise how much you take sleep for granted until you stop getting it. Sleep deprivation can be crippling, it gives you the driving responses of a drunk driver. When you’re tired, you’re more emotional, grumpier, tearful and much more likely to lose your temper. Lack of sleep fogs your brain and makes it impossible to make even the simplest decision.

With our support, you will sleep again. We look at all areas of your life to help you work out what is affecting your ability to climb into bed, fall asleep and stay asleep. Your journey starts with answering some questions and talking. 

 

Better understanding

Once we have a deeper understanding about your relationship with sleep, we can start to look at what we can do to help you improve your sleep. There are many different causes of insomnia - medication, illness, ADHD, hormones, trauma, behaviour - and figuring which of these are affecting your sleep will help us to build the right plan to improve your sleep.

​Start your journey

Your first session will be a 1.5 hour online call, followed by three 30 minute calls 2 weeks apart, costing £250. 

Additional calls are charged at £65 per half hour.
